Stamping With Bleach
Hi there! Stamping with bleach has been around for a while, but today I wanted to show you that you can use detailed outline images for stamping.
In today’s video I will be using the Here’s The Scoop stamp set from Lawn Fawn. This set has such great versatile images that I thought were perfect for this technique.
I created a simple bleach ink pad using a piece of felt that absorbed the bleach. I was then able to use the ink pad to stamp all of the images onto my different colors of card stock. The bleach will turn the card stock a lighter version of the color.
On the first card I used Soft Navy card stock and the sentiment “you are so sweet”. When you are choosing the colors of card stock be sure to pick dark colors so the stamping will show up.
For the second card I used Schoolhouse Red card stock and the sentiment “you melt my heart”. On all of the sentiment banners I added a heart on foam tape and coated it using Wink Of Stella and Glossy Accents.
On the third card I used Doll Pink card stock and the sentiment “here’s the scoop”. I added all of the colored panels on an angle and added a strip of black card stock.
One last simple detail that I added to make the whole card come together was rounding the white corner. I used the 1/2 inch corner chomper to do so.
